Cancellation Policy for Pods and Shepherd huts –
for direct website bookings: 30 days notice or more = 90% refunded.
14 – 29 days notice = 50% refunded. 13 days or less notice given = 0% refunded.
You can amend your date subject to a £10 admin fee where 14 days or more notice is given.
We highly recommend you have holiday insurance to cover you for illness or unforeseen circumstances
– this includes covid related illness / positive tests / isolation.

Mallard Pod Details
Mallard Pod sleeps 2 to people (double bed) with mattress lights, electric sockets, kettle, access to outside water, overlook lake, outside table and chairs Additional features gas barbecue hire, shower and toilet facilities. You will need to bring towels, linen, sleeping bag/quilt pillows Cooking utensil and Cutlery. Local country pub left and right of site 5 to 10 mins walk, short drive to shops.
